Lothian LGBT Helpline

The Lothian LGBT Helpline is open Wednesdays 12.30-7pm on 0131 556 4049. The helpline offers support and information on a range of issues including sexuality, relationships and coming out. The service is available to anyone who is lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender and those questioning their sexuality or gender identity.

The helpline will be closed on 23rd and 30th December; the service resumes on Wednesday 6th January. You can also call Strathclyde Lesbian and Gay Switchboard, which operates every evening between 7 and 10pm on 0141 847 0447 or London Lesbian and Gay Switchboard which operates from 10am to 11pm, seven days a week on 020 7837 7324. For emotional support you can also call the Samaritans 24 hours a day on 0131 221 9999.
