Building Us
Each month, join us for an interactive session on queer mental health and wellbeing. In our sessions we will chat, do activities and explore tools for navigating the challenges faced by LGBT+ communities together.
Whether you’re seeking coping strategies, wanting to deepen your self-understanding, or just need to be with people with similar experiences, this space is for you.
We meet every month and explore different topics each session like goals, boundaries and self-care.
The event is for LGBTQ+ people aged 16+.
This includes lesbian, gay, bi, trans, non‑binary, queer, intersex, asexual people and all identities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella.
You’re also welcome if you’re exploring or don’t use labels.
Spaces are limited, so please register in advance via Eventbrite.
Each registration is for one person.
You’ll receive a confirmation email.
If you need help or can’t attend, contact Andrew at andrew@lgbthealth.org.uk or call 0141 255 1767 .
