We offer a rolling programme of social activities promoting the positive mental health and emotional wellbeing of the entire diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans (including non-binary people), queer and intersex communities, including individuals questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity. Improve your mental health and wellbeing and learn ways of looking after yourself with a programme of welcoming and supported self-management events, courses, workshops and peer groups in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Groups on offer usually includes a range of therapeutic and creative opportunities (including art therapy) where feelings, thoughts and identities can be safely explored. We also offer workshops that are briefer and more information based. These can sometimes be delivered in partnership with other organisations with specialist insight to particular topics.
