At LGBT Health and Wellbeing, our community is at the heart of everything we do.
Each year, we invite you to share your thoughts about our services, our staff and volunteers. This is also your chance to tell us what you’d like to see from us in the future. Your feedback helps us improve and shape our services to better meet your needs.
How we use your feedback
The survey is anonymous. Your feedback will be stored in Survey Monkey. We will use the data in our impact reports, funding applications, and promotional materials to show the difference we make.

- Deadline: complete the survey by Monday 12th January 2026.
- Time: it takes about 16 minutes to complete
- One response: please submit only one response—duplicate or spam entries will not be counted.
