Other Helplines 

We are open every Tuesday and Wednesday from 12-9pm, and every Thursday and Sunday from 1-6pm. Outside of these hours, you can call the following helplines for support:

  • London LGBT Switchboard is open daily from 10am-10pm and regularly takes calls from LGBT people across the UK.
  • Parents Enquiry Scotland is a telephone support service for parents of LGBT people.
  • The Samaritans have telephone support volunteers working 24 hours a day all over Scotland.
  • Breathing Space is a free, confidential phone service for people in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety.
