DESCRIPTION:A safe\, welcoming space for LGBTQ+ people aged 50+ to enjoy a brew and a chat. \n  \nJoin Coffee Posse to meet new people\, reconnect with old friends\, and engage with your local community. There will be some gentle\, no pressure relaxed social activities to help folks introduce themselves and get to know each other. \n  \nIn April\, we have Queer Yoga visiting for the first half to deliver some chair yoga and this will be followed by some time of tea\, coffee and chats.

DESCRIPTION:Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience\, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. \n  \nThis group is an AA group focused on LGBTQ+ people and their experiences. DESCRIPTION:Do you want to connect with other LGBTQ+ people\, and with yourself? \n  \nWhether you want every day wellbeing tools\, a boost to your self-care\, a chance to meet new folk or simply a space to feel connected\, this group is for you. \n  \nEach month we’ll try out an activity like mindfulness\, meditation\, or exploring simple stress management tools. There’ll always be time for a cuppa and a chat. Since we’re right next to Leith Links\, we’ll sometimes head outdoors for a gentle walk in nature. \n  \nWe’re also hoping to bring in some brilliant community partners to offer free taster sessions like shiatsu\, breathwork\, and more. \n  \nUpcoming sessions programme \n\nWednesday 6th May\, 2-3.30pm: Walk and Chat\nWednesday 20th May\, 2-4pm: Shiatsu Workshop\nWednesday 17th June\, 2-4pm: Pride Badge Making\n\n  \nHelp shape the group \nThis is a new group\, and you’ll help shape it from day one. \n\nWhat do you want from a wellbeing group?\nWhat would support you?\nWhat would help you feel more grounded or connected?\n\nTell us and we’ll come together to make it happen.
